Cloud project access and automatic sync update
All three active subscription tiers include unlimited cloud projects. Their term credits still differ; prices and term lengths are unchanged. Unlimited project count does not mean unlimited storage capacity: file and upload size limits still apply.
In the current web app, an active subscription or recorded legacy Global access automatically syncs the project you create, import or open, including its draft, images and supporting records. A local copy is kept. Other unopened projects are not scanned. Edits save locally before background upload. Desktop requires a client that supports these features.
AI within a project checks cloud access and syncs the latest content first. Credit packs do not grant cloud access. The start flow before a project exists and cost-only estimates are handled separately.
Ordinary free accounts continue writing locally. Subscription expiry pauses cloud writes; existing cloud projects can still be read, exported or deleted, and local editing and export continue. Renewal checks versions before sync resumes.
