## What already works end to end

Loomworld is opening in stages, and one full creative chain is real: sign up, create a project from the lobby conversation, write in the structured editor, maintain the six reference modules and maps, read pacing and the foreshadow board, arrange the timeline, use the agent for selection rewrites, continuations and chat-to-proposal, then sync to the cloud and move work with project packs. Every one of those has an entrance in the product, not a demo.

- Two shapes: the web app, and the desktop app, where a project is a folder on disk.
- Interface languages: 简体中文 and English, switchable any time in Settings → General; your work’s language comes from its own baseline, so the two never collide.
- Models are dispatched by the platform per task—no vendor keys to configure.

## What is not open

A page loading is not the same as a capability in operation. The clear gaps:

- CN mobile checkout and automatic recurring billing remain deferred; current 30-day terms renew manually.
- Cross-project references: references live inside one project; move work with export and import.
- Part of AI’s write surface: per-chapter keyframes, relationship chapter states, leaderboard scores, map drawing and placements, and canvas positions are out of bounds.
- Custom quick actions and the prompt-snippet library: retired. What remains is rewrite / expand / condense / polish plus one free requirement.

Planned capabilities that are not in the product should not be treated as available because a direction is described somewhere in this documentation. Trust the entrances the product actually shows.

## Three common misreadings

- “It is in the documentation, so it works.” No. These pages describe entrances the product actually has; where a sentence says something is not open, it is not provided.
- The Global edition uses Creem and the CN desktop website uses Alipay. Confirm the product and price after sign-in. Subscriptions last 30 days and renew manually, without automatic charges.
- “The page loaded, so the capability is in operation.” No. During staged opening, two accounts may legitimately see different things at the same moment.

One rule settles it: if a capability has no button or tab you can reach in the product, it has not reached you—rather than the page being wrong. Tell us when you find that gap and the documentation follows the product.

## Accounts and what each sees

Sign-up is open email registration; the invitation code is optional and changes nothing functional. What a given account can see may still shift with the test range, so two accounts can legitimately show different entrances at the same moment—that is the opening schedule, not a fault.

Writing does not require an account: the editor and reference modules are complete and projects live on the device; only cloud sync and AI are skipped. Such a project can be exported any time, or imported later under another account.

## Version, announcements, feedback

The current version shows in Settings → General → privacy and about. Feature and pricing changes are posted as in-app announcements, and where a page here lags behind the product, the product is right.

The three legal documents (terms, privacy, refund) close out the documentation center and are the authority on operating terms; this article only reports product state.

## How to work safely

- Export a pack every finished chapter on a long project.
- On a sync error keep the page and the local project and do not clear site data; on a conflict notice, keep both sides through the conflict copy.
- Proofread AI output before adopting it: models can be wrong, repetitive or off, and factual, legal, or medical questions are not theirs to settle.
- Do not shuttle an unsynced draft between machines; check for “Synced” in the top bar first.
